Staff and Serving Options
We charge $20.00 per hour per staff member to cater an event, we choose the number of staff member your event will need based on number of guests and type of service. Buffet style, the staff will set up the buffet, serve the buffet line to keep waste at a minimum. Staff will replenish the food. Staff will clean up buffet area only and pick up guest tables as needed of dirty dishes etc. Sit down service, staff will be available to plate food, serve food and clean off tables. There MUST be a kitchen or work space available. We can drop off food only with a $20.00 delivery fee. There will be no set up of food. We can drop off food and set it up with a $50.00 delivery/set up fee.
Rental of Café
$150.00 Plus Tax Rental fee for any use of the café for parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, reunions etc. Limit 40 persons!
Café is available at 3:30 in the afternoon Tuesday – Saturday or any time of day on Sunday and Monday.
You cannot tape, nail or tack anything to the walls.
You can move tables and chairs but they must be moved back.
You can decorate tables and chairs.
You must leave the building as clean as it was when you came in including removing ALL trash created.
If we are catering your event all, or in part, catering charges will be in addition to the rental fee.
